CRAB CAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 2 slices of white bread, crusts removed
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tsp old bay, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 egg

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, mix the egg, yellow mustard, crab meat, old bay, and mayo. Crumble the white bread and add to the bowl. Mix to combine and shape into 4 crab cakes.
  2. Add the crab cakes to a sheet pan and broil on high for 10 minutes. Add more old bay on top and enjoy!
