INGREDIENTS
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 cans of cannelloni beans (15 oz cans)
- 1 jar salsa verde (16 oz jar)
- 1 can of pinto beans (15 oz)
- cumin
- oregano
- cayenne
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
DIRECTIONS
- Literally dump everything listed above in a crock pot/slow cooker and put on high for 4 hours.
- Once done, pull the chicken apart with 2 forks and stir. Serve with your favorite chili toppings and dig in!
