INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs pork butt/shoulder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
DIRECTIONS
- Dump everything into a slow cooker/crockpot
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Once done, the pork will be easy to pull apart with two forks.
- Serve on top of your favorite sandwich bread and top with your favorite BBQ sauce.
