PULLED PORK

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 lbs pork butt/shoulder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dump everything into a slow cooker/crockpot
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Once done, the pork will be easy to pull apart with two forks.
  3. Serve on top of your favorite sandwich bread and top with your favorite BBQ sauce.
